George’s Brook-Milton has some wonderful trails to explore.

The Town is working on a plan to link, interpret and enhance them and worked with consultancy Green Leaf Resources to carry out a comprehensive assessment of the potential.

The Bonavista Branch line of the former Newfoundland railway runs right along the seaward side of the Town before striking off across country.  It is owned by the Province and managed by the Discovery Trail Snowmobile Association. It is a hugely popular trail for snowmobiles in winter and ATVs and dirt bikes the rest of the year.
